Pricing Based on the Volume of Your Items
We price based on how much space your junk takes up, measured in cubic feet. One cubic foot is about the size of a basketball, or a box that’s 1 foot wide, 1 foot deep, and 1 foot tall.

For the first 100 cubic feet the rate is $2.25 per cubic foot. After that, the price drops to $1.55 per cubic foot as a built-in volume discount. Concrete, tiles, pavers, bricks, soil and pressure-treated lumber are billed at double the regular rate due to disposal costs.​ Our minimum pickup fee in Barrie is $98.
